My car was overheating bad when I pulled in. I'm from Virginia on vacation. I don't know them? They don't know me. Pouring down rain. They hear me out and say we'll pull so and so and get you right in and hopefully it will be something simple and right back on the road. Within 20 minutes the mechanic comes out bad news it's your water pump. Be next week before we can get the parts, well he says Monday morning. The short is this. They did everything they said and delivered my car back 2 days earlier than initially anticipated all while Hurricane Ian had their supply store close early Friday afternoon putting the a day behind at the start. Simply a wonderful experience and encourages me in todays times that there are still people out there that are committed to exceeding customer expectations and problem solving. Thank you all for making the best for me out of a terrible situation. Cant thank them enough.
My family needed a tow and repair late on a Friday night, Max and his family went out of their way to help us so we would not be stranded. They treated us like family. Exemplary service and repair shop!
Helpful and quick! My low tire pressure sensor popped on, indicating I had a problem. After a visual check I could not determine if any tires where low on air. It was the second time my sensor had indicated a problem, the first one was a bad sensor. Took it to Holly Ridge while on vacation to check if, just in case, there was a problem. The service manager took my keys, check the tire pressure on all four tires, then handed them back, all good, no charge. Friendly people.
brought my vehicle in 3-7-18 for an oil change and tire rotation, i didnt have an appointment. the lady at counter was very courteous, prompt,knowlegeable and got my vehicle right in. service was finished within 25 minutes. Great Job to all Holly ridge staff, I will be a regular customer
