That part time business boomed and Maxton had to leave his full time position as maintenance supervisor at a local plant so that he may open Holly Ridge Tire full time. Derrik has worked in the family business since he was just a child taking out the trash or doing any odd jobs that his Mom & Dad could find for him to do. Belinda has been with Holly Ridge Tire since 1994. From 1994 to 2007 she not only worked as book keeper for the shop but she also owned and operated Belinda's Hair & Tanning Salon until 2007 when she decided after a breif illness that she could no longer do both jobs. She decided that it was best for the family to join Maxton & Derrik full time at the shop. You can find Belinda most of the time behind her desk or performing any behind the scene job.
In 2014 Dexter moved back to his hometown of Holly Ridge and started working in the family business. Dexter not only manages the shop but he also works with the golf cart sales & service side of our business.
